About the Role: Customer Service Representative We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our Caremark Member Operations team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Provide clear and concise information to help members understand their coverage and options. Offer solutions to simplify the healthcare experience for our members. Handle a variety of call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client inquiries. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs. Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities. Essential Qualifications 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment. Proficiency in Windows-based applications and computer systems. High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner. Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life. Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. At least 6 months of healthcare experience. Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
