The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You'll work in a virtual environment, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide personalized support. Key Responsibilities:


Handle a busy day of inbound customer calls, responding to a variety of inquiries and concerns
Assist customers with questions, personalizing the experience for each caller
Manage customer interactions, including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
Navigate multiple systems and screens while providing top-notch customer service
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT when necessary
Work a set schedule, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
Report to your Customer Service Supervisor and participate in ongoing training and development


What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment. Here are the essential qualifications and preferred skills:

Essential Qualifications:


Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique customer situations
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customer styles, peers, and leaders
Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens
Ability to work in a structured virtual environment with a set schedule
Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required


Preferred Skills:


Bilingual Spanish speaking skills (opportunities available for bilingual candidates)
Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology


Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:


Starting rate of $15.00/hour
Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual Specialists
Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour (after 24 months)
New! Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

Training and Support

System Requirements

To work from home as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet our system requirements, including:


Self-provided Computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
Headset compatible with HSN specifications (HSN reimburses $75 for headset)
High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not supported)
Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
