What You'll Do

As an integral part of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. This isn't just any customer service role – you'll be working with leading-edge technologies and systems that will help you deliver personalized solutions to every customer who reaches out to us.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


Responding to customer inquiries of varying types through inbound telephone calls with patience and accuracy
Actively listening to customers to understand their needs and concerns fully
Utilizing probing question skills to uncover underlying issues and provide comprehensive solutions
Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining exceptional service quality
Managing and overcoming objections related to subscriber cancellations and suspension requests
Playing a critical role in reducing customer churn by convincing customers to remain with our services
Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Collaborating with team leaders and peers to resolve complex customer issues
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

Qualifications We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in customer service and sales roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly


Preferred Qualifications


Prior experience in a call center or customer support environment
Experience handling cancellation or retention inquiries
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
Background in the hospitality or travel industry


Work From Home Requirements

As a remote team member, you'll need to maintain a professional home office setup that supports your success. Please ensure you meet the following requirements:


Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work where you can maintain customer confidentiality.
Internet Connection:

Internet access speeds of at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better!)
A hard-wired Ethernet connection (not Wi-Fi) capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
Note: Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems


Smartphone: A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our dedicated app for company communications.
