Key Responsibilities:
Compassionately assist clients with a range of post-order issues, including shipping questions, damages, returns, substitutions, and more
Exhibit unwavering reliability, participating and committing to being available and on time for your full shift every day
Handle a high volume of reaches, typically 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment
Meet our superior execution bar, striving to exceed customer satisfaction and succeed in meeting client support proficiency measurements
Professionally connect with clients, building relationships and providing solutions to their concerns
Listen effectively and show empathy, actively listening to understand client concerns and influencing internal resources to find the best solution
De-escalate client concerns, utilizing peace promotion skills to align client needs with business options while maintaining control
Issue resolution, providing solutions that are not one-size-fits-all and thinking critically to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach
Be educated and perform various tasks, juggling multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate requests to rapidly answer questions
Raise foundational issues, identifying areas for improvement and offering trends to leadership
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
18 years old or older
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Ability to read, write, and understand English and Spanish
Knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
