About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a primary point of contact for our clients, financial representatives, and supporting staff members, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, financial representatives, and supporting staff members, providing exceptional customer service and support Align with quality and productivity metrics specific to your team's product and service benchmarks Demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration and shared success, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive business results Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including insurance, investment, and financial markets Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and company initiatives, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve the customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred 2+ years of operations and/or service experience in the financial services industry FINRA licensure preferred (SIE, Series 6 & 63) Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, financial representatives, and supporting staff members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations Knowledge of insurance, investment, or financial markets, with a strong aptitude for understanding technology and its influence on the customer experience Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Proven track record of driving high satisfaction, quality, and efficiency in a customer-facing role Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, financial representatives, and supporting staff members Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems Ability to think critically and outside the box, driving innovation and improvement in the customer experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
