The Role We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers through our online ticketing system. You'll be handling a wide range of inquiries, from processing batch order imports to assisting producers in navigating our platform to handling customer order questions.Kindness, patience, excellent customer service, and superb communication skills are essential in every interaction.
