About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team as part of the Chief Operating Office Operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting financial products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, and providing solutions to internal and external customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
Support financial products and services, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience
Identify opportunities to improve customer support experience and provide innovative solutions to internal and external customer problems
Perform complex customer service tasks, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Receive guidance from customer support managers and troubleshoot non-recurring questions
Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex customer issues
Provide training on policies and procedures, and offer guidance to less experienced colleagues and internal and external clients
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, education, military experience, or training
A high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with:
Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to elicit information and provide clear guidance
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
Troubleshooting skills for common computer problems
Knowledge and understanding of foreign and domestic wire transfers processing
Familiarity with financial services or call center environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer support, listening, and resolving complex customer issues
Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to handle a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish/English (desired)
