About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections with our customers and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will be interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it all with a smile.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 18 years old
Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
