As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and support. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark's exceptional service, working closely with customers to ensure they receive the help they need on their journeys. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers inside and outside a blithequark center with U-Haul products and services * Using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory * Moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers * Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels * Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services * Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental * Installing hitches and trailer wiring * Filling propane (certification offered through blithequark upon employment) * Driving a forklift (certification offered through blithequark upon employment) * Participating in ongoing continuous blithequark education through U-Haul University **Minimum Qualifications** * Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record * High school diploma or equivalent **Work Environment** The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals.
