Your expertise will be focused on addressing queries related to downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as providing guidance on basic tax questions. Our comprehensive training program and continuous support will ensure you have the knowledge and confidence to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their questions and concerns Utilize your knowledge of blithequark products and tax return software to address customer queries and provide guidance on basic tax questions Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and resolve complex customer issues Build strong relationships with customers, empathizing with their needs and providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience Continuously update your knowledge and skills to stay current with blithequark products, services, and industry developments What We Offer At blithequark, we recognize the importance of rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication.
