Our retail stores offer a unique blend of products, services, and inspiration that cater to the evolving needs of our customers, making us an exciting and dynamic place to work. **Key Responsibilities** As a TSA Enrollment Agent, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service in our retail stores, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all customers * Helping customers navigate the TSA Precheck process and other federal or state programs, providing guidance and support throughout the application process * Verifying customer identity, scanning required documents into our database system, and taking passport photos * Completing customer fingerprint images, biometric & data capture processes, and paperwork * Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment * Engaging with customers to present products and solutions that meet their needs, driving sales and revenue growth * Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience **Essential Skills and Experience** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment * Customer service-related experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment * Knowledge of TSA Precheck or other federal or state programs * Familiarity with biometric and data capture processes * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
