You will be required to: * Demonstrate a strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations * Schedule appointments for customers * Identify the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution * Utilize our customer relationship management tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions * Receive and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems * Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service * Exhibit a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to work each and every day * Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar * Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers * Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and coworkers * Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment **Technical Requirements** As a remote worker, you will be required to have your own equipment that meets the following technical requirements: * Two screens (monitors or a laptop and a monitor) * Use of Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks) * Hardwired internet connection directly to router (no WiFi) * High-speed internet: minimum 45 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload * A working computer camera * Use of a USB or wired headset with volume control and mute function **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Pay: $14.00 per hour (production) and $12.00 per hour (training) * Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6:00 PM * Training: 10 days, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM * Benefits: + 401(k) + Dental insurance + Flexible schedule + Health insurance + Paid time off + Referral program + Vision insurance + Work from home **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
