As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Serving as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers and the company, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Assisting with EDI data entry, including processing complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations.
* Processing purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notifications, and invoicing systems for all EDI orders.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls from/to wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers.
* Processing incoming problem tickets from Distributor and Direct Customers.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2 years of experience in order processing, EDI, and processing purchase orders.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Proficiency in EDI data entry, including processing complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
