As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders to provide seamless support and care. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include: * Receiving and processing initial calls from patients and their families * Gathering information from callers and relaying it to clinicians * Providing empathetic and professional support to callers in various emotional states * Enhancing customer care skills while working with blithequark * Making a significant difference in callers' lives * Processing calls in a fast-paced environment with varying call volumes * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to patient confidentiality guidelines * Collaborating with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and care **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 18 years of age * Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills * Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements) * Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation * Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice * Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays, paid at time ½) * Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network) * Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Experience with patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize with callers * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient confidentiality guidelines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your growth and development.
