**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable
* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and facing products
* Assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations
* Participate in training new team members and provide feedback to improve performance
* Submit grocery orders for approval, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with the Management Team to achieve sales goals and promote products
* Review and suggest changes to build-to's, ensuring optimal product placement and visual appeal
* Provide feedback on the fast food service area and suggest improvements
* Complete reports, including shift close-out reports, and submit them to the Store Manager for review
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, inventory management, and vendor interactions
* Participate in safety inspections, report incidents, and maintain a safe working environment
* Perform other related tasks and activities as assigned by the Management Team
**Requirements:**
* **Minimum Qualifications and Prerequisites:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent preferred
+ Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude
+ Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time
+ Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
+ Well-organized and able to manage time effectively
+ Good people interaction skills and ability to work with diverse teams
+ Flexible schedule, including availability to work all shifts and days of the week
