Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team in Florida. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy.Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying and revivifying benefits, and communicating with patients, insurance companies, and internal partners to ensure timely processing of specialty medications.
