**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Capturing and advising on plan elections
+ Conducting provider searches and enrolling dependents
+ Acting as a liaison for escalated issues
* Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of member inquiries
* Maintain detailed call logs to track interactions and ensure quality service delivery
* Participate in outreach campaigns to engage with members and promote our benefit programs
* Collaborate with account specialists to address pending eligibility issues and ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements:**

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English
* Basic understanding of employee benefits and related products/services
* Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
