Your goal will be to deliver personalized and timely solutions to effectively service customers and retain their business. By leveraging solution-based retention strategies, you'll assist customers who request to downgrade or cancel services, reintroducing the value and benefits of our products and services. Your consultative approach will help you meet monthly retention goals and foster customer loyalty while delivering an exceptional customer experience. **Your Day-to-Day** As a Customer Service Representative - Sales, your day-to-day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to grow.
