Educate retirement plan participants on the available options for distribution, rollover, and consolidation, guiding them through each process with clarity and patience.
Assist participants in accessing their accounts online and resolving any issues they may encounter, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Provide participant education on online functionality, including enrollment, transfers, loans, and withdrawals, empowering them to manage their accounts effectively.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team while maintaining exceptional service levels.
Protect assets by adhering to all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and risk guidelines, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess a High School Diploma or GED, with a college degree being preferred. A background in customer service, preferably within a contact center environment, is required, along with 1-2 years of experience. Previous experience in Retirement Plans is highly desirable. Special skills or knowledge include proficient written and oral communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines, and a strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills. The capacity to assume ownership, work within a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of curiosity and willingness to learn are also essential.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations, and qualified plan administration, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Possessing ASPPA exams or equivalents and knowledge of OMNI, Relius, and recordkeeping systems can be advantageous. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is also preferred. The ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, and being available to work between 9-6 p.m. EST or 8-6 p.m. EST with a 30-minute lunch break, is necessary.
