**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working with a fun and motivated team, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
* Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
* Working with our food program and providing excellent customer care
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing solutions
* Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and tasks
* Coming up with creative ideas to solve problems and improve customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* A passion for customer service and a desire to provide an exceptional shopping experience
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role
* A willingness to learn and grow with our company
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working in a retail or convenience store environment
* Sales and marketing experience
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
