**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Greet customers, run the register, and provide excellent customer care
* Sell products to customers and make purchase suggestions
* Work with our food program and maintain high standards for store appearance
* Interact with customers daily, providing fast and friendly service

* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
**Your Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
