**Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
* Working with our food program to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
* Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer care
* Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily goals and objectives
**You're Good at:**
* Selling products to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
* Providing excellent customer care and resolving issues promptly
* Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Working at a quick pace while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
* Collaborating with a team to achieve daily goals and objectives
* Thinking creatively to solve problems and offer innovative solutions
* Providing suggestions and ideas to improve customer experiences and sales growth
**Great if You Have:**
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for learning and growth
* A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
* A willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
**Physical Requirements:**
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
