**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our store. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
* Making purchase suggestions and providing personalized recommendations to customers
* Working with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of delicious and convenient food options
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing fast and friendly service to customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and fostering a sense of community in our store
* Working as part of a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
* Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking on your feet to provide exceptional customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 1-2 years of retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
* Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable for this role:
* Retail and sales experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field
