If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and memorable experience * Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, bathrooms, and parking garage * Assemble trucks from the parking garage and operate equipment to move them to the store * Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, including the sales floor, bathrooms, and parking garage * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience * Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing store environment * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers * Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner * Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or similar environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role * Knowledge of cash handling procedures and policies * Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong time management and prioritization skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
