As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone. You'll be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing directions and general assistance, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone * Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner * Providing directions and general assistance * Assisting to assess condition of rental upon return * Processing returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions * Effectively marketing the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed * Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services * May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment * Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance * Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed * Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing * Take incoming calls - reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors * Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned * Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned **Qualifications** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * High School Diploma or G.E.D. required * Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience in retail, guest service, or hospitality * Must have a current and valid driver's license * No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI) * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive salary * Paid time off * Employee discount * Retirement savings plan including 401(k) with matching profit sharing * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Training and development opportunities **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.
