You will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls, working with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, and using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls * Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment * Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day * Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management * Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures **Requirements** * High School diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Ability to commute to our facility from your home * A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity * Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once * Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download and ping less than 80 milliseconds **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour * Enjoy your weekends off!
