Job Overview

As a key member of our Inbound Enactments group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mentoring colleagues, and driving process improvements to enhance our overall performance. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $26/hour and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with some time spent in-office when our offices resume.

Key Responsibilities

Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
Demonstrate creativity and commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture

Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional support and making it easy for merchants to work with us

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
