Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing assistance with travel-related inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking help with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
