About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a remote team member, you will play a vital role in helping our clients build successful, lasting relationships with their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make and take calls to and from customers, qualifying them before transferring them to a sales representative at the client. You will be working with clients from diverse industries, including mortgages, insurance, education, and other consumer services. Key Responsibilities Make and take customer phone calls to qualify them for our clients' services Utilize scripts to guide conversations and ensure a seamless customer experience Record information on consumer conversations using our systems Work with different clients and campaigns to achieve business objectives Provide quality customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working with computers and proficiency in using various software applications A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free from noise and distractions Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus Military sensitivity is also a plus Must live in Texas Technical Requirements To ensure that you have the necessary tools to perform your job effectively, please note the following technical requirements: Computer Type: Windows-based Desktop or Laptop PC ONLY (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Smart devices, Chromebook, & Android systems are NOT compatible) Operating System: Windows 10 Screen Requirements: Minimum required screen resolution is 1366x768.
