**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our diverse group of stakeholders, including students, instructors, and other important partners. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, helping people register for courses, processing payments, and ensuring all data is accurately captured in our system. **Key Responsibilities**

* Manage inbound calls with a focus on service excellence, meeting all regulatory requirements
* Navigate through various customer scenarios using training and resource materials to provide solutions
* Employ empathy and effective communication to manage customer interactions positively
* Handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring all enrollment and completion issues are resolved
* Process payments securely, adhering to privacy and compliance standards
* Document interactions clearly in our business systems
* Engage in outbound calls for general inquiries or transaction completions
* Advocate for our self-service options to enhance customer experience
* Relay common customer feedback to management for continuous improvement
* Address returned mail promptly to maintain database accuracy
* Undertake additional tasks as needed

**What We're Looking For**

* A high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment
* A strong orientation towards teamwork and customer service excellence
* Demonstrated accuracy and integrity in data entry
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
* A bachelor's degree (preferred) and experience with Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Salary: $18.50/hr
* This role is a hybrid position, offering flexibility with two days remote and three days in-office
