Our mission is to empower union members with the knowledge and resources they need to thrive, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to educate union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll provide personalized support, answer questions, and offer guidance on our range of benefits. While sales opportunities may arise, our focus is on providing value-added services, not cold calling.
