Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of ensuring an exceptional customer experience, utilizing every touchpoint to build value and promote arenaflex's brand.
Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, handling inbound telephone calls and addressing questions or servicing needs related to home, auto policies, and billing.
Initiate claims according to best practices and assist with existing claim inquiries, explaining the claims process and organizing damage appraisals and car rentals as needed.
Promote digital self-service capabilities and utilize multiple computer applications with accuracy.
Commit to the training and work schedule, with a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while multitasking and maintaining strong attention to detail.
Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus, as they can help develop and enhance strong, impactful customer relationships.
High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor's degree being a plus.
