* Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

* Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
* Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
* Previous work-from-home experience (a plus, but not required)
* Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
* Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new programs and systems
* Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Availability to work Saturdays (required for the position)
