About theRole: Customer Service Representative -Remote (Healthcare) We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in New Mexico, USA.As a Customer Service Representative -Remote (Healthcare), you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, addressing their insurance-related needs, and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to their healthcare insurance, including troubleshooting medical devices and addressing benefits, eligibility, appeals, and grievances Assess all inbound calls to accurately and efficiently address customer needs, maintaining a strong customer focus and providing a positive and welcoming experience Work collaboratively as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best possible outcome for customers Navigate multiple systems efficiently, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile EssentialQualifications: Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation Minimum 6 months of customer service experience Verifiable High School diploma or GED Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S.address for residence PreferredQualifications: Previous experience in the healthcare industry or insurance-related field Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervisionCareer Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to investing in the growth and development of our employees.We offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs, designed to help you achieve your career goals and reach your full potential.
