Job Overview: Customer Service Representative (Concierge Associate) We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (Concierge Associate) to join our member services team. As a Concierge Associate, you will digitally engage with members, providing exceptional support via phone, chat, and email to help them navigate the healthcare system and find the right care for their needs. This role is the voice of arenaflex, and we are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch service and making a positive impact on people's lives. As you grow in this role, you will become an expert on arenaflex's product, operations, and member needs, with opportunities to advance within the company. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefits and find the right healthcare provider Follow best practices for handling member inquiries and suggest improvements to our processes as needed Maintain a high level of organization within arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite Relay member feedback to product and operations teams to drive improvements to arenaflex's solution Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs to ensure timely resolution Maintain a detailed, working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance to provide accurate guidance to members Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this role will have: A bachelor's degree A passion for helping people solve problems, with the ability to think creatively and empathetically, and remain calm under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills A high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment and contribute to arenaflex's mission to improve the healthcare system What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
