Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at TridentCare, you will be responsible for: Receiving and processing customer orders via telephone in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner. Ensuring all customer requests are handled to their satisfaction, providing a positive experience. Processing customer orders in accordance with established company standards and procedures. Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers. Documenting activity in our DDF system and checking for report results to call back to customers. Entering orders manually via our fax process and operating the phone system effectively. Adhering to your work schedule and being flexible to adapt to changing priorities. Handling an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after four months in the position. Solving routine and complex problems, escalating to supervisors when necessary. Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent required; some medical terminology experience preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills, solid communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), and problem-solving abilities. Computer knowledge, including intermediate computer skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. A typing speed of 35-40 words per minute. Flexibility and adaptability to change. High-speed internet for remote work. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Some knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Intermediate computer skills. A High School Diploma or better.
