Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction. Retain existing customer monthly memberships by providing exceptional service and support, addressing concerns, and offering solutions. Provide accurate and detailed information about arenaflex's products and services, troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns as they arise. Document and update customer records based on interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of arenaflex's evolving products and services, staying informed about new developments and updates. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience working from home or in a remote setting, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively.
