Key Responsibilities
Offer consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
Perform a variety of airport-related tasks and be prepared to support the daily operation in areas such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
Work closely with and take instructions from the team leader responsible for the flight/work areas/shift
Conduct relevant administrative tasks, including pre-flight and post-flight departure procedures
Represent arenaflex by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centered approach at all times
Promote and sell arenaflex services and products to our clients
Attend and complete all required training by given deadlines
Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the post
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
Excellent interpersonal skills
A solution-oriented approach
The ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints
The ability to handle a stressful environment effectively and work with minimal supervision
A strong customer focus and enjoy face-to-face contact with customers
The ability to be a representative of the company at all times
A well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards at all times
The ability and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank, and public holidays
Reliability and punctuality
Compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures
The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard
Possession of a valid airside pass
GSAT training
The willingness and ability to effectively complete all relevant training
Possession of a valid driving license, with the willingness to apply for a company driving license as and when required
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are desirable:
Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
