Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts and clients from the initial quote and order processing to the release for shipment.You will have the autonomy to make decisions using independent judgment and direction from Sales Management on various issues related to pricing and customer satisfaction. We will invest in your abilities and provide comprehensive training on our products and solutions, empowering you to become a subject-matter expert and deliver outstanding customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple accounts and clients, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and resolving any issues that may arise.Provide pricing quotes, process customer orders, and track orders to ensure timely release for shipment. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any deviations in the delivery process, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with various departments, including scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Utilize SAP to monitor account sales activity, determine the course of action based on demand, and perform data entry tasks. Review, interpret, and prepare customer purchase orders for data entry, ensuring that customer requirements are met.Verify sales representative commission on all orders and reports, and complete reports for management and executive teams. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 3 years of customer service or account management experience, with a proven track record of problem-solving issues for clients, handling quoting, pricing, order tracking, shipment delivery, and providing outstanding customer service. Strong computer proficiency in bolthires tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in SAP or other ERP/CRM systems being a plus.The ability to embrace new process methodologies, new technology, and innovative ideas, with a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complaints, credits, returns, and pricing discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.Knowledge of the industry and technical aspects of our products and solutions, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Certifications or training in customer service, account management, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
