Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 3 years of customer service or account management experience, with a proven track record of problem-solving issues for clients, handling quoting, pricing, order tracking, shipment delivery, and providing outstanding customer service. Strong computer proficiency in bolthires tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in SAP or other ERP/CRM systems being a plus.The ability to embrace new process methodologies, new technology, and innovative ideas, with a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complaints, credits, returns, and pricing discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner.
