As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for addressing inquiries related to our clients' behavioral and physical health services, developing and maintaining positive relationships with assigned providers, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to their questions. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, Provider Relations, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our clients and their patients. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining positive relationships with assigned providers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty * Acting as the first point of contact for provider inquiries, responding promptly and accurately to their questions and concerns * Interpreting and explaining complex information, proactively following up on inquiries and ensuring satisfaction * Maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and comments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information * Assisting in the preparation and distribution of communication materials, including drafting and sending out written notices * Collaborating with team members on various projects, providing support as needed to meet team goals * Performing other tasks as required to support the team's objectives **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or an Associate's degree and 4 years of experience in a healthcare customer service environment * Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions * Proficient in general office practices and software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a cooperative work environment **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare policies and procedures * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Work Environment and Culture** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that's committed to innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
