**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Porta Potties Division in Farmersville, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting company services and products, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. **Summary of Essential Job Functions**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Providing excellent customer service to customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Supporting both customers and team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.
* Promoting company services and products, highlighting their benefits and features.
* Accurately entering data, information, bills, receipts, reports, and other documents into our customer service database.
* Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, using a friendly and professional tone.
* Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
* Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
* Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

**Minimum Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

* A strong understanding of general rules and regulations related to delinquent accounts.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
* The ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices to compute fees and charges due.
* A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we welcome candidates with experience in:

* Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access.
* Labor cost analysis and inside sales.
* Customer service, preferably in a similar industry.

**Schedule and Work Environment**

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift. The work location is in person, and you will be required to commute to our office in Farmersville, CA.
