Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, assessing their needs, and providing education on our products and services. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system, ensuring prompt and professional support Assess customer needs for additional products or services, providing personalized recommendations and solutions Evaluate customer compliance with physician orders, addressing any concerns or discrepancies in a compassionate and professional manner Answer questions and provide customer education regarding products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions Document calls in our computerized record-keeping system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Enter customer orders in our computerized system, ensuring efficient and accurate processing Verify and update demographic information, such as address and telephone number, in our computerized records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and personal qualities.
