Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from Aetna members, addressing questions and concerns regarding pharmacy benefit plans
Provide accurate and timely information regarding medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order prescriptions
Offer solutions and support to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
Document member interactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve the overall healthcare experience


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
