Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues. Assist customers by answering questions and providing information about our products and services. Troubleshoot issues and address questions related to orders placed by customers, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service and to identify opportunities to improve our service. Complete after-call information and data entry to our system, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and tracked. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a call center environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent. Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired. Residency in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI. Availability to work one weekend day and between the hours of 12pm - 9pm on weekdays. The ability to attend full-time day training for 2 weeks. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a performance-based customer service environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
