With a high-energy culture and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we are committed to making healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative – Overnight (WFH Illinois), you will be responsible for: * Responding to inbound calls from patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner * Processing prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage * Providing accurate and up-to-date information to patients regarding their medications and treatment plans * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless patient care * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards **Training and Development** arenaflex provides comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role. Our training schedule includes: * Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST * Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame) **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
