Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts from the comfort of your own home in Illinois. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialty patients who rely on life-sustaining medications. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, addressing patient inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of medications to those in need. Key Responsibilities: Respond to patient inquiries via phone, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Process prescription refills, order status updates, and insurance coverage inquiries Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve patient issues and improve overall customer experience Utilize strong computer skills to navigate multiple software applications and systems Meet productivity and quality standards, adhering to established metrics and performance guidelines Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have strong computer skills, a passion for helping others, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Essential Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience 6+ months of high call center experience, working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees. Schedule and Pay As a Customer Service Representative, you will work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. You will be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame. Our pay range for this role is: Minimum: $17.02 Maximum: $27.16 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
