**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Experienced Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll also be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, and be willing to adapt to changing situations.
**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Registering sales on assigned cash registers and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience
* Engaging with customers and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Recommending products to customers and promoting trade-up and/or companion products
* Maintaining counters and shelves in a smooth and well-merchandised condition, taking inventory, and continuing facts
* Testing in and pricing products as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader
* Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss
* Ensuring compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
* Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special systems, and sale merchandise
* Completing resets and revisions as directed
* Assisting with the separation of food products (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique using policies/approaches (e.g., raw and frozen meats on backside cabinets)
* Providing customer support in the photo location, including virtual passport image carrier, poster print, and innovative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo merchandise
* Assisting with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store conditions and appearance
* Complying with all agency policies and approaches; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
* Completing unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned
**Education & Personal Development**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to attend training and complete PPLs (Personal and Professional Learning) requested by your supervisor or assigned by the company. **Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Primary Qualifications:
+ Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

* Preferred Qualifications:
+ Six months of experience in a retail environment
+ Prior experience with arenaflex
+ Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
