Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via inbound calls to address questions or concerns requiring additional support
Achieve specific support and resolution on every call
Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma and/or GED required
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or equivalent)
Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
Knowledge of customer service software and technologies
Experience with problem-solving and conflict resolution
