**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma County, OK. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to customer issues
* Work with Enforcement Agents to provide information about businesses and licenses that require education visits
* Communicate concerns to Agents and follow up to ensure appropriate actions are taken on licenses
* Assist walk-in customers at the front counter and callers with random questions about the Accela licensing program
* Train other team members on the use of the online licensing system and assist in creating training/user manuals and videos
* Supervise employees engaged in providing services and information to customers, and train staff
* Respond to requests for informational materials, research, and fill requests for those requesting such materials and information
* Prepare notice of statements and send copies to customers, reconcile discrepancies in billing, and issue reminder notices
* Maintain inventory or other records, purchase necessary materials, set up displays, maintain cleanliness of work area, and sell merchandise
* Receive customers or visitors, answer telephone calls, secure and provide requested information, provide services, or direct the request to those who can provide the customer with the information or services
* Respond to requests concerning the interpretation of agency or program policies and procedures, develop policies and procedures for the operation of daily activities
* Prepare mail and parcels for mailing, sort and distribute mail, operate scales and meters to determine proper postage
* Screen, examine, and verify documents for correctness, appropriateness, adequacy, and conformity to establish requirements and follow up on requests or discrepancies

**Essential Qualifications**

* One year of experience in sales, public contact work, handling and processing mail, or general office clerical work
* Four additional years of experience in customer service, mail room operations, or technical clerical work
* Equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in operating various office equipment, including computers
* Ability to work with customers, gather data and facts, keep records, communicate effectively, and provide leadership on assigned projects or teams

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in customer service, sales, or public contact work
* Knowledge of methods and procedures concerning public contact, telephone procedures, spelling, punctuation, and grammar, arithmetic, and the program or services being provided
* Ability to work with customers, gather data and facts, keep records, communicate effectively, and provide leadership on assigned projects or teams
* Experience in training and supervising staff
* Ability to touch type
