With over 30 production facilities in the US and Canada, we are expanding rapidly and seeking talented individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team members in achieving their goals. Your main duties will include: * Welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments, and performing clerical tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails * Coordinating activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy * Supervising members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance * Managing agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management * Managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence * Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company * Creating and updating databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data * Tracking and replacing office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures * Submitting reports and preparing proposals and presentations as needed * Assisting colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers * Manage administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating meetings and appointments * Supervise members of the administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed * Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management * Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence * Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company * Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data * Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures * Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed * Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * At least two years of progressively responsible clerical experience required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate * Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment * Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment **Preferred Skills** * Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience with database management and data analysis * Experience with budgeting and financial management * Experience with event planning and coordination * Experience with travel planning and coordination * Experience with proposal writing and presentation preparation **Skills and Competencies Required for Success** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate * Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment * Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience with database management and data analysis * Experience with budgeting and financial management * Experience with event planning and coordination * Experience with travel planning and coordination * Experience with proposal writing and presentation preparation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
